About Gavin

Gavin Sayers brings a wealth of business experience, as well as an appreciation for architecture, fine homes, and landscape, to Santa Fe's real estate industry. For two decades, Gavin held senior management positions in both British and American companies with an emphasis on retailing, family entertainment, and commercial property development. Becoming a Realtor in Santa Fe in 1999, Gavin has carved out a highly successful career as a top producer at Santa Fe Properties every year since he joined in 2005. In his real estate practice, Gavin puts his people skills to work to best serve all parties. Along the way, he also served on the MLS Committee (Chair 2008/09) for a decade, served 6 years on the NM State Forms Committee (drafts all the contract documents), and as an SFAR Board Director for 8 years. Gavin is a graduate of Nottingham University in England where he also honed his rowing skills before joining The Leander Club and going on to win various prestigious championships. Gavin remains active enjoying skiing and hiking in Santa Fe's local mountains. He also enjoys theatre, music, photography, travel and, of course, working out on his rowing machine!
